Take all but the plate inkers out and adjust one at a time starting with the blue, first to the oscillator and then to the plate.

    Then see what happens.........

Thanks Mrheidelberg, I wish you could, but we are located in Zimbabwe..
But this weekend, I managed to set the rollers to touch the plate though, not exactly how I would have like them to be, but will do for now. A couple of issues where contributing factors: some of the rollers are a little bit undersized (around 1-1.5mm) so I didn't realise that one would affect the other, therefore I had to compromise and make one touch more than the other etc.. the other thing is on the cyan unit, which was the worst of all of them, when I put back the last distribution roller, No.8, all my settings where getting messed up.. after realising, I tried to set it but, no luck there, I am not sure why, I would understand if the pressures coming from it where high, but I managed to set the bugger to touch only the one roller and somehow not even the other one..., so I decided to run without it until I get new rollers.. unless I am missing something?
