    Hello Everyone!
I run a smaller shop that currently has a QM 46-2 and QM DI. I have been considering purchasing a Ryobi 784e. This press would replace my DI. My other option is to go up to a SM 52. Any opinions out there as far as either? The Ryobi is 2007 and has a larger sheet size. I'm not too sure about the overall machine lifespan, quality etc. Your thoughts would be appreciated

ive never run either machine but my advise to you would be dont right the ryobi off just because its a ryobi, i would think bother presses would perform exually to each other so depending on your work dictates what press to go for if i assume the price difference between them is insignificant.

i.e. if your doing lots of stationary, ncr;s and small run flyers go for the SM
if your doing lots of flyers and leaflets postcards etc go for the ryobi the bigger sheet size will help.

but im sure loads of people are going to tell you not to touch the ryobi and'go for the best' but i rekon at that year the buid quality, and reliabiity between the pair isnt going to be significantly different for most of the general commercial work
