Sheet arrival for a PM is 250 - 252 degrees. You may also want to check to make sure your front allignment eyes are square. Easiest way to do this is to move headstops to 8mm gripper bite and put a sheet in the headstops. Tape the sheet to the feed board and move the headtops away from the sheet slowly. Both lights should turn off exactly at the same time when the headstops have moved forward between 9.1mm to 9.3mm.

Who is installing the sensors? Are you sure the sensors are being adjusted correclty. Do the test I said in my first post on here and let me know where the lights shut off and how far apart the two are from each other.

If the sheets are coming down crooked, or the eyes think the sheets are coming down crooked its probably not the clutch. Check your forwarding wheels, make sure they are in good shape and set correclty.
