    Not yet....we have even played with temperature and humidity. The manual states that 73.4 F and 50% relative humidity is the desired temp/humidity...

    I realize this thread is 2.5 years old but wondering if the OP ever found a solution to the problem. Our Ricoh C7110SX has the EXACT same issue....
