The Iridesse is basically just the newer version of the Xerox Color Press 1000i with some upgrades. Wouldn't recommend replacing an Igen with one of these unless your volume is 250-400K per month.

My company X-Digital will be servicing the Iridesse next year in the southern california marketplace.

Condense is right on. The quality is very comparable but the 7665 has no rip. Processing any graphic intensive file is super super slow. Same print engine for both machines though. The 7655 is the best office machine Xerox makes.

This machine is rebuilt by X-Digital. We have rebuilt a bunch of machines for Xerox. X-Digital will handle the certification, license fee, and coordinate the Xerox full service maintenance agreement. Price is $16,500.
