Not sure what this error is, i checked all the fans and they seem ok?
does anyone know how much actual CFM is required? that will help me choose the right compressor to order, im deciding between 7.5 and 10 HP screw...
my compressors(both of them) build up to 150PSI, i then open the valve to the press and it turns into 90psi and the gauge at the press reads...
I was told by Man Roland tech that my press requires 16CFM per printing unit and my old 5horsepower compressor(16CFM) Can no longer keep up....
fixed by replacing clamp motor
Anyone know what this one is? Maybe im shutting down my press improperly?
also, how do I figure out which one is broken? because my motor kind of moves(like quarter inch)
ok, anyone know of someone here that sells used for cheap? I've gotten a quote from daniel.sanchez and his price is closer to man roland new.
how do i eliminate if the potentiometer is the problem? we switched the secondary head and it still had the same motor error where it just jerks.
Also, does anyone know if I would need to reset my petentiometer if im getting over current issues?
intermittent issue where I would get this error during plate clamp and release. took out the entire CPL unit, moved chains off the sprockets...
