Each and every press is different in its own way. its a case of getting used to your own press to know where your water settings should be. Has anyone set your rollers and dampers up? If your rollers are incorrectly set you may be fighting a loosing battle. sometimes being left in the deep end...

I am using Toyo ink at the mo but dont find it very duct fresh. it skins real quick. My fav ink is K&E.

good answer mrheidelberg. I was going to say adjust your precipication. I.e.the time in-which the form rollers come in contact with the plate.

Hi, this is my first post, so hope it is of some use. I would say your air flow is set to low, and/or the side copper sheet seperators are set too strong into the sheet. I have never heard of adjustable timing on a tok, but you learn something new everyday. good luck mate, and let us know how...
