ended up getting a couple of humidifiers and was able to bring humidity up 20%-25% no more transfer detak faults thank you '

tried changing media settings, lowered transfer settings down. Still not able to run cover stock without getting xpe-09-3061 fault. Will run text weight with no problem. humidity is still around 7%, trying to get the humidity up to see if that is the issue.
