    Duplo DBM-5000 with about 4.5 million on it. Had collar/bushing come out side of stitch head holder unit the other day... ever seen this? Caused E72 errors.. heads units really loose, probably will work their way back out on next size change.

    We run mostly high volume EPM mode. Going back to 4/c our black bid not ready to print. were told to keep it wet doing gray20s, color cals. etc. still no luck. Pantone inks can stay in press weeks (w/o using)and when we need them again...good as new. any thoughts?

    Thanks Mark, Is this effective for these types of issues I am having? I could see where changing cyan to stochastic would help smooth "outlines in fonts pattern" Is this done using the "halftone simulation" in Fiery? I have monkeyed around with this feature a few times only make matters worst....
