I printed the colour tv guides for the mail on sunday an we used 52 gsm improved newsprint it's ok on a web but not so good on sheetfed

We had the same problem it turned out to be a problem with the main drive circuit board (expensive) although you need to check that the brake cable is kept straight and does not have a kink in it.
