Are you using the positioning button (1 to 4) to transfer the job change info (with the correct sidelay side) over to the machine....?

Make sure there is no paper stuck anywhere under the sidelay.....

Yes the PRO does have a plate save mode.......the CP2000 console has many other advantages including ease of use.

Maybe check your infeed settings also.

What has that go to do with patent issues ??, if they carn't sell the plates ......

Kodak also make some plates for the QM DI with a black surface, but these are to be avoided.

Heidelberg QM DI plates are Saphira only.
