I believe you need to replace the roller. Any time I've damaged the red roller that's how it went with service.

Can you post a picture? On our machines (c7000) we start to get a wave from the fuser when the adhesive under the pad on the output guide migrates to a point that it causes the paper to buckle. A good cleaning with isopropyl gets it going again but it usually needs that part replaced to stop...

From what I've seen my KM 1200s do fine with carbonless if I run other paper inbetween the carbonless runs. If I go straight carbonless it eventually fouls up the rollers and starts eating sheets. I've run some carbonless on my c7000s as well but they need even more jobs run in between to keep...
