Is the ink emulsifying with too much water possibly
Pre damping is the amount of revolutions the machine does before it goes to print & post damping is the same when the machine finishes printing....
Would you not be setting the keys with ink in the duct so you can see what you are actually setting ?
Ah ok
Was this all ok & checked before you purchased the machine ?
In the UK this is known as shore hardness, with the instrument to measure known as a Durometer.
Do you not have a separate maintainance manual for the machine or a fold out colour lubrication chart
All the relevant grease & oil points are listed in the manual as there are lots of them - daily, weekly, monthly
Hopefully giving them a clean will help solve your issue
Do you mean ....... can anyone please help me with .........
Possibly where the fittings attach to, but i am not sure, sorry
No option to fit shell, so air settings only
Do you not have the operators manual on the CP2000 screen, you should see it in a parts book also.
There should be 2 hooks at either end to hook the shell in & a small pull leaver to lock shell in when it is in position.
Can you see the mechanism to hold the drums on the cylinder.....if you can then you will have the option & if you cannot, then no & you will have...
