    I would start by checkingall the cables / connectors to PQC - somthing may be loos. if all is well , check the power supply - may heat up to get you dissconnected. may be dust is getting it hot and stoppig it from running well

    you may get a 100 different answers here , as the detail supplied is not full. iof you want your press up & running well asap - get a KOMORI engineer to have a look. by "saving" you are about to pay more - get an engineer today.....

    buy what ever you feel like ...but my opinion: a CD 74 will cost more then a Komori , and it will also cost more to run (spare parts) from installation day on. A Komori will be cheaper to buy , cheaper to run , and yet give you excellent quality & productivity. good luck

    SM 74 is not a board press - drop it R 205 is a good press but rather old Techwise Rapida is strong and prints nice but has alot ot Tech issues i would say - look for a Komori Lithrone - good for boar and low in budget. question ? - simplly ask :-)

    hi talking board on one side & thin stock on the other , as well as PVC - (UV dryer?) , would rull out any modern HD press at your range of budget. yet for your budget you could still get a reliable 5 color + coater UV Komori that will outlast an older HD press and give you better return on your...

    GS 228 is a colorimatic press , it can print with Alcohol or without it - with a non evaporating substitude that is much cheaper
