  1. weak magenta

Are the first few sheets Ok and then starts to drop off and is the strip of red running along the long edge of the sheet ie left to right on the iGen transports? If so you can tweek the toner concentration. I forget which NVM's they are - it's been 2 1/2 years since I touched an iGen :)
  2. 09-8000 thoughts?

    8xxx codes are HFSI counters
  3. Igen Toner Question

One (iGen4) has normal toner. The newer machine (Diamond) probably uses matt (low gloss) toner. One way to find out is to look at the licenses installed
  4. water, water everywhere....

You have an air lock in the upper L bend. Probably has been installed with a slight up gradient. You can run with the valve removed. In the past I have reformed the l pipe so it slopes down
  5. streaking on process direction

    STAB. Needs a new one
  6. Igen stacker

You need to bring your humidity up to approx 50% for best results
  7. Igen stacker

There is a static eliminator just before the entrance to the VGT belts. It a square aluminum bar. Give the underside a wipe to clean it. If that isn't helping it you need to try and improve the paper condition. What is the environment reading?
  8. Ghosting Issues on Igen 3

As far as I can remember the pre clean isn't monitored for OC
  9. Xerox Igen 4 - Error XPE-09-4024

Could be the cooling fan on the HVPS failed
  10. Ghosting Issues on Igen 3

Check the Ozone system, full pre ozone filters, failed blowers etc
  11. C16-350 + Failing System Check

The switch changes power control mode to local or remote. Can't remember which position is which
  12. CPUC issue

Probably the STAB was affecting the calibration strips that the CPUC reads on Cycle up and it calibrated for it :)
  13. Lead Edge and Trail Edge - Banding...?

Those are streaks not banding :) Multiple suspects. Fuser roll worn, STAB worn, PRB contaminated, dirty CPUC, Recharge Corotron, Charge corotrons and grid, pre transfer and grid, worn or cleaner contaminated flicker bars/brush, dev tank donor rolls or toner build up behind them, worn fuser...
  14. iGen 5 -150 with Fiery RIP Cycles down between sets with separator sheet (slip sheet)

Hi Nick It has been a while since I touched an iGen and I left before the iGen5 was launched. I seem to recall that this was an issue elsewhere with a Fiery. Instead of running as a slip sheet place the separator in as a blank cover. You could try it on the fiery or actually create the pdf...
