check roller settings,rollers to the plate and rollers to the steels,also decalsify your rollers too? are you running with vario?

there is little difference between roller stripes and stripes on the plate from your forms,if its touching its working,all heidelberg presses have instructions as to how thick the stripes should be.

what fount additive are you using? here in the UK we use HEIDELBERG recommended addiitive and we are down to 2% alcohol.

all perfecting speedmasters can cope with a little over or under sized paper as the pincer grips the back edge of the sheet the same place every time,as for setting it yourself forget it,this is a job for heidelberg engineers.
