Going through fuser rolls too fast
Where having the same problem with the toner build up on the fuser rollers but this is with using 100gsm Uncoated. We've tried various brands and various paper scripts but still after about 7-8k we start to get toner transfer on the fuser roller then this results inpicking off the final print...- gaffer

Using PDFVT Files through Fiery Command Work Station with IGEN 150
Thanks Rob, Found out that this is a bug in our Fiery Software as it works fine on our Versant. But Buy Defaulting the Held Q to the size I want for PDF VTs it now works a treat. Thanks for your post. Best Regards Steve- gaffer

Using PDFVT Files through Fiery Command Work Station with IGEN 150
Hi, We are having problems sending through PDFVT Files through our Fiery Rip. The Problem is that the Print Ready Variable Data PDF is A4 before dropping on to the Fiery, but as soon as it hits the Fiery it changes the Dimensions to 8.5 x 11' (or American LEGAL) I think it is. Trying to...- gaffer
