Try entering Diagnostics > PWB1 > Job exerciser, run 50-100 sheets Color Gamut RGI and then 50-100 sheets Developer Recovery RGI. This clears up a lot of issues I have if one color is acting up.

Our freeflow machine is a PC, our workflow goes: Files created on mac -> Dropped to freeflow server -> previewed and exported from Freeflow PC -> picked up on mac from iGen "dropbox". I think this is just an issue with mac, where the "dropbox" I have mounted doesn't have its contents refreshed...

I have heard of some operators fixing this by taping a plastic bag tightly around the closed carrier cover. Apparently this can help normalize the pressure and remove the error code.
