Thanks. Ended up deleting .dat files in unix. No way to do it via freeflow. Once rebooted, the db had to start from scratch. All good now.
Files faulted on my 2nd shift operator, and he tried to delete them. They are now stuck as "being deleted" and you can't do anything with them....
