Did you get it figured out? Your machine might need clutches engaged/disengaged, possible need to crank the machine by hand to a certain spot and to get everything working together again. Best to call a service tech.

Hey Sean...I found parts at LCE Graphics in Florida. They've got used parts. He was able to pull the parts and overnight them to me. Just google them, they're easy to find online, and very easy to work with.
