Xerox came in and moved the press today, and now after running 30 sheets I get a press is cooling down message. This message doesn't go away...
Walk through diagnostics an reset lamps. Error cleared. Tech still stopping in. Will update when he finds out what issue is.
I believe the tech was keeping me occupied till he arrives. 4th restart with error still there.
Xerox tech said shut down and restart until print engine comes up.
Xerox support said lamps need reset. Anyone familiar with this process?
