Hi HPC, Thanks for your reply, will try the 90% hit, as for the duct sweep and opening keys, we find flourescant does require a fairly high level of ink thru' the roller chain, and not sure whether this is could be a possible factor? Thanks again.

Have already tried swapping washers. They don't want to lock in to the mechanism in the unit, they slide into the unit, and then the handle to lock will turn to the locking point but won't lock. The lever in the mechanism will not push down far enough when the washer is put in and we try to...
