Do you not have the operators manual on the CP2000 screen, you should see it in a parts book also.

I took a photo of how it looks TRANSFER DRUMS inside on CX 102-5+L year model 2017

Is an option to instal HALF-CIRCLE sheets in the transfer drum? What do you think is possible ?

No option to fit shell, so air settings only

On the animation that I found on the video, you can see that there is something like a sheet metal...?
So maybe there is something that could be installed...

I asked the heidelberg service today if there could be a problem in the venturi plate between the aggregate.
After that we went to check the ventilators. they were tightly clogged - non-functional. They have never been cleaned since 2017
We cleaned all the ventilators from first to last unit.
We will see if it helps and if it could be a problem...?

Hopefully giving them a clean will help solve your issue

    hi sir
normally the cx c is a mix between the cd 102 and the xl technology.
It is a machine made especially for cardboard so they have improved the transfer drum to have good aerodynamics during speed production.
the new cx 104 runs with 16500 rpm
there is no half circle for the passage of thin paper but there is an air cushion between the groups which can help you improve the passage without pissing and there are also fans which hold the sheet when it is under pressure to avoid this phenomenon at all times.
I leave you attached images of the new design of the drum. Good luck
