SHINOHARA 66 IVPK console problem

I have bought used shinohara from USA . It has MII Shinohara Console which is not responding.
The Eprom has some problem can any body help

 

You must test fir the voltage supply for the console, in tolerance

2) clean and test the ribbon or flat cables, and all edge connector clean very well with electronic spray, represent most of 70% of electronic failures.

 

Sir did you solve your machine problem.

 

I tried everything nothing works

 

NO! I made my own Application and Connections to repair using arduino and things I have learn in my engineering.
works perfectly

 

Still I want program in eprom of MII os so i can use the orignal
