Just try one from VIM. The correction kit consist of two small bottles. You mix them each time fresh. In this way they keep longer then one from Presstek.

I had the same issue with the pens...
Once we started priming each unit 20 times before the initial image for the day, almost all of our scratching issues went away.

    Cheers,

Have you actually monitored the amount of water that x20 pushes uses. Do you get much excess water in bottom of the outer shell of the wash units.

I haven't experienced any overflow from the units. Each unit has a bit of a reserve at the bottom which has never overflowed into the chassis of the press. The most amount of water at the bottom of the wash unit is about 6 mm.

    Best Deletion Media for QMDI

From Heidelberg or Toray. Get the silicon deletion syringe with cotton applicator tips. They are expensive, but they have a very long shelf life and work like a champ. You can get them through Heidelberg's QMDI help desk

Would you not buy VIM consumables from VIM or a VIM agent.
I wouldn't think Heidelberg or even Presstek would sell VIM products.
