I am planning to buy a Heidelberg 6 color offset,
I am confused between cpc and cp tronic. Is cp tronic a must thing for an offset?
If a machine has cpc but not cp tronic, should i consider it?
    Please help.

Heidelbery CPC has existed since the early 1980's, with improvements progressing with time. The same holds true with CPTronic, first implemented in 1989 and again, with updates and improvements over time. You'll find CPC as an option in early years, but CPTronic as a standard post '89.

CPC is just a central console for operating ink keys and register. CP tronic however includes cpc and more advanced controls and menus for the control, servive info and settings of the machine.

For clarity’s sake, CPTronic does not consolidate CPC. To a certain extent, it may appear to be so after CP2000.
