There's is problem with polar emc monitor machine
There is short circuit in the polar cutter we changed pmf.f1 6.3 too much also there's short circuit in ps card And we changed diode related to +5 vdc too much
We change fuse and diode and disconnect cp1 ,pi, vid ,lms cable
    The problem still found
I need to know the best replacement for the diode sicte5 diode si 5809

    Dear chock
    Thanks for your reply
I don't know how the lamp will lit without 0 vac or neutral, or you mean it will add load to the circuit to prevent short circuit
Why lamp 100 watt? You mean I need lamp 100 watt /32 vac? The fuse pmf.f1 is at 32 vac before bridge pm.v3
Also diode d7 (sicte5 si 5809) in ps card relate to 5 vdc , I need diode equivalent but I don't know it's watt and volt to get it from the site you send

The bulb x 100 watts, Will be Lit. x instantantly, then if the Short circuit is gone, after replacement the semiconductor(s), Diode, or transistor, or whatever electronic component(s), + fuse, the bulb o lamp x 100 estás, it does Not matter if the Supply Is :32Vac, 50, 120Vac,... Will goes Off if the Short circuit.
By The other side If the Sort circuit, Remain, the bulb 100 watts, Will Be LIT brighter, acting like Fuse, in paralell. Protecting;1) Fuse+2) Electronic component(s) ormiconductor(s).

You savev: Fuse+ electronic component (s).

    Blessing

    Dear chock
    I appreciate your concern
The volt is 32vac , I will try with lamp 220v/ 100 watt
Yesterday I try the ps card in another machine also ps card diode is shorted and fuse is open , this means that the card ps card is problem
I removed PSB5A5 (DC to DC module) and f7 diode put it in its machine, the pmf.f1 is ok . The card is lit but no 5 vdc in the circuit. So our problem is ps card

If the Fuse, Is Not break. AND Is ok, the short Is Gone.
However if you do No have output x +5Vdc, test the Regulator ICx 5Vdc, all componentes, specially the Capacitors x ESR tester !!!!

The ps card problem solved by electronic engineer repairs but when searching for reference it stop at first slow backwards
And the m17 motor is very hot and motor is ok .I think that the brake is the problem. Could you please help how to adjust .2 mm for brake by practical way

    OK.

The electrical motors, any like ; AC+DC , has a secret problem( Reheating) NOT mean Burn, BUT the winding internal is lack of VARNIS, for to Isolate the windings.

In short you must take out the motor, and Go to the repair Shop electrical motor!!! first repair the motor
