plate weak-ronald web

Dear friends,
We have a Ronald Indian web offset machine.
printing plate in some units weak during 15000 impressions.
plate weak at the same place as a horizontal line.
I replace blankets and blanket packings.
machine installed by Ronald engineers in2018 as a brand new machine.
please give advice on this issue.

Hmmmm not familiar with that press but some common things are to check ductor timing to make sure you're not getting ductor marks, check stripes on roller to make sure you're not getting roller bounce marks. Those are simple things that take a short amount of time. After that you can look at chemistry issues
