the first step is realease the tension of the V-belts then remove each one from pulley. you must replace all belts same size and brand you must not mix, then you must use a frequency meter for measuring the tension for all belts. I need more information about your press like model and serial because the value can change a little bit betwen serials

ok it´s a serial 750 or more, then it´s a High Print machine, there is a basic adjustment for the tension of V-belts using a dinamometer, you must pull each belt using a force of 50 Newtons with a deflection of belt of 8 mm. I´m enclosing a picture of the basic adjutment.
there is another method using a frecuency meter, you must use a formula for calculating the initial frecuency of your belts, you can download information about this procedure from continental ...

sorry my friend , I have no pictures of the mechanical side but any mechanic could figure how to release the tension of belts and then replace it.
as you see the motor is mounted over a plate with a hinge fixed to machine wall. there is a nut that you can screw it in order to lift the plate! you only have to rotate the nut clockwise! just pay attention to mechanism should be another nut that fix the plate first you have to loose one nut then is possible to lift the plate !!!

normally is an hex nut M24, so you must use a spanner 24 mm

you must go under printing unit 1 and at the wall inside machine, you can found the M24 hex nut in a hole trough the wall , you must found hex nuts fixed together in order to leave the shaft immovable
