Blue Feint lines

    We have some books that we are estimating on at the moment. They have the blue feint lines often seen in children's workbooks. Is there a Pantone reference that makes up this colour blue?

    id be looking at Pms 300 diluted with lots of transparent white. Id say an ounce of PMS 300 to a pound of transparent white would be a good place to start.

    depending on your production method you may also consider punching pre-printed rules sheets. assuming your ruling isn't variable in some way.

    I was thinking either Pantone 300 or even Cyan but with a screen percentage instead of white
