    Hi .
    1) If you have the problem, very frequently, you must remember the system Offset is based : "Very Clean all" and Chemical-Physical condition.
    2) You must test the Ph 4.5(very corrosive!! - difficult to dry ) -5.5 very frequently, conductivity 800-1500 microhomos.
    3) Observe the tack of Ink,
    4) If the Shore grade in the roller( manufacturer0 is according with the factory of the machine, Man Roland, Heidelbeerg, i.e
    5) I strong recommend you : to ask the manufacturer of the Rollers: which is the cause, of this problem, since they

Hello Navid, I see the issue is affecting operator side and damage tapers off towards mid-point. This would lead me to believe (1) your intermediate (or Z) roller hanger is not stable (2) the needle bearing in the intermediate roller is worn or (3) the crescent socket that the form roller rests in and bolted to is worn in its bracket. Remove Z and form, check Z for journal stability, free movement and proper oscillation. Check crescent socket for form roller by grabbing it and checking for "wobble".

    Dear Chock,

    Thank you for your time.

My operator had checked these setting and everything in order as normal.
No issue with the Roller Manufacturer as this Roller is working well with others machine.

    Best regards,

    Hi:
I strong recommend you : call to manufacturer of the Rollers: which is the cause, of this problem, since they
have Test for to manufacturer the roller, they have many parameters: such: Ph, Tack of ink, shore of roller, i.e
    and mechanical problems.
Always the operator say the same, but ???? They are human, and they do errors.
In my long experience for 47 years in Graphic Arts Industry and others discipline, saw many errors from operators, but they do not accept , that they do it.
Many issue, in their order is to due to the cause indicate above, of course is your final decision.

do you ever hear a loud grinding noise just before the roller craps the bed? Id be looking to make sure that its not happening because the water pan is being run dry. There is no mistaking the sound of an alcolor being engaged with an empty water pan!!!
