WP 115 Wohlenberg Backgauge problem

Hi every one hope all u ok
I have problem with wohlenberg MCS2 cutter when we switch on the cutter and go to reference point the cutter give 510 and around and the backguage goes forword but not move back word until turning off and on again

any advice for help

Hi sir
Attached you will the schematic of limit swtich
that you must test and check,in the table.
1)clean it contact 2) tight wires loose 3) Test the voltage is there at switch 4) Tight the limit the Bolts if there are loose 5)clean
from any Oil, grease, etc.

 

Most likely cause: Defective Siemens COUNTER Chip .
Plug in IC, easily changed, not so easily found for sale,
