XEROX IGEN 150 FAULT CODE XPE-09-3083

    Has anyone ever had this fault code before?
    Pre Clean HVPS non specific fault

    that's what shows up on the administrator section.

    Trying to figure out what to do in order to resolve this

    Might have a defective preclean HVPS. Had this problem before on iGen4 and had to replace
