paper jam indigo 3000/3050

we have been getting this errors on our hp 3050
(<6.4.2.i8/2250> Sheet from tray A/B reached the stop gate with delay. clear the sheet and try to reprint....Any ideas on what is causing this?.

 

Is it every sheet, or just occasionally ? sensor may be dirty.

 

it is in every sheet, cleaned all sensor, it just can't feed, we did some recommended test on paper feed timing and results show the paper arriving late at the stop fingers for reason we are not sure of.

 

Try preheat the paper. Sometimes moisture on paper shows the same issue.
