Ok.. Let me first apologize for my lack of knowledge here. Through a recent break up I acquired two cases of parts. I Googled a lot of the serial numbers and had some trouble really pin pointing what exactly was what. In one of the cases is a small plastic package of shivs with the name Heidelberg up at the top. So here we are! I'm really not sure what exactly any of it is... Or what it is worth for sure. Some of it looks to have maybe been used and some still looks brand new from what I can tell. There are a couple pieces missing it looks like, also.

So if anyone would be so kind as to point this clueless gal in the right direction, it would be VERY MUCH appreciated.

I only have a photo of one of the cases and the bag of shivs. It will be morning before I can get out and get a photo of the other case.

Thank you all in advance! 0530171621_Film1.jpg 0530171933_Film1.jpg

Hello Amelia, What you have is a gauging kit, used for critical tolerance repairs on Heidelberg printing machinery. The value of this would be difficult to determine, as Heidelberg does not sell these kits...they are for use by technicians under the employ of Heidelberg only. As to the bag of shivs (shims?), I can't make out what you have there due to the poor quality of the photo.

Oh my, yes I meant shims. Lol and thank you very much. The bag just contains 10 shims. From what I can read on the label it says says M2. 014.034/01 Shim Plate Auswahleinh 1.0.

After some searching I'm seeing a couple kits online being sold for various prices. Guessing my best bet would maybe be ebay?

Yes, Amelia. I believe you would get most exposure that way. Good luck!

Sure looks like a GTO part to me, but have you considered taking one in to a machine shop to have it duplicated?
