Currently dealing with a skew and misregistration problem, as well as an error with a registration steering motor: "inboard steering motor power saturation" it is random and occasional, growing more frequent. however, I also noticed the #'s in the registration sensor monitor are high again.

    My curiosities are:

how difficult is it to change that motor?

is there a baseline of number that the registration sensors should be at, maybe I have a wonky sensor again?

Which sensors and what are the values? The steering motor might have a bearing that is going out.

CCD's and reg sensors. 1-4,5-7 (i think) Not exactly sure. if you open component control/reg sensors, you can click through them. I had a troublesome one once, that I Had to do that to clear jams for awhile. It had a very high value of 192. One of them now also has a very high value again at almost 200, so I'm curious if theres an acceptable range.

I would definitely replace it if cleaning doesn't work.
