Control Panel Feeder Not Responding

We have install a QMDI Plus and the Feeder and 2nd and 3thd unit are not responding. The LEDs are with power but unable to respond. We have checked SVK3 and ZTK and they seems to be working correctly, any advise?

Hi Emilio,
check if all yellow connector on SVK-3 are on the right place, but the most probably you've connected SVK-4 connectors to SVK-41 board and vice-versa it's most common mistake by the installation.

I think mine is pro. but as you said "SVK-4 connectors to SVK-41 board and vice-versa " I saw the same common mistake, thus resoved the matter yesterday.

If you have SVK4 and 41 it's not Pro press but Plus. Both SVK4&41 plus SVK-3 become UFK2 in Pro models

You need most check this card.. MAR MOT MWE TSK and GSM, this card do the control for ink key and stroke, please check MAR specially, please, this module work in this way... 1) Wired from PCP Pc from the SCSI card that simulated the COM1 >>>> this wire conect to >>>> Module D (Boden) >>> this work for the ink key and stroke. Check if anye fusible is broke... maybe... check the wire from SVK the plug yellows is this plug is correctly. i gonna put the Pic, i hope this work for you... the Pro machine and plus is too diferent, only the classic and plus is most like to equal.. but the plus have more wired and other card...
