Want to modify the K540-C to HUV colors

    Has someone from you already installed the drying module GEW or Baldwin , what type of lamp, what is the lamp power?

    Lamp with reflector must be.Better to ask Baldwin.
    In addition, you need to take care of the exhaust ventilation,cooling system,plugs for lamps.

    I know what is necessary, but if anyone can tell the lamp light spectrum nm ,Baldwin recommend contact local Komori Dealer :))

    I d,not exatly but aproximate 380nm. Greater range of wave radiation penetrates more deeply.For white inks we use gallium uv lamp..

    HUV-new technology ? -My press still produces a lot of heat and ozone.

    You can spec the lamps for a system, 200-280nm for general work, 320-400 for heavy dark pigments, 400-420 Gallium for whites. Of course it depends on having the correct pigments and photo initiators in the inks to match the lamps spectral output.
