Great site & glad I stumbled upon it. We striped the rollers on the front head of our
Ryobi 3302 last week & all of a sudden, image is faint, so checked the form roller
stripes & there's no stripe for the 1st roller. Any suggestions or similar experience?
    Thanks.

Rollers shrink with age, a good practice is to check a unit before your last wash-up of the week. Do a quick set and move on to the wash-up, the next week do another unit. Remember to set all rollers in the print position NOT in the neutral position. Doing this the press is read to go and you have set the rollers when they are warm instead of a cold roller. I find that on Ryobi's like a 3mm to the plate and a 4mm to the drive roller.
