    Some 10 points

    1. try to avoide statics
    2. take out low stacks
    3. as little Alcohol as you can (so you can get to density with less ink to dry)
    4. NO IR dryer - as it could give you register problems if you make a 2nd pass in the press
    5. Choos the right inks - fast dry , best rubber based oxidating inks
6.Get your curve on the plates right as it can not be the same curve as on paper
    7. work to minimal ink on the sheet to give you the density you need
    8. good luck
    9. good to be in San Diego....and not on the east coast right now
    10. regards to the seals at seal beach/rock......:)

I have always run vinyl without the driers, but if your press has air knifes I would use them on low temps. C 500 powder with piles not more than an inch, and run slow to get maxium powder.

Further to earlier tips...Fully oxidising inks and not just hard drying (which rely to a certain extent on penetration) would give a faster dry.
