What I wouldn't give to have your machine. Try working on something smaller if you think you've got it bad![]()
I am not talking about regular service, I am talking about having a tech here every day if not every other. That in my eyes is a inferior product. If your car broke down everyday you would start to get a little annoyed. I have been doing this for years I am well aware of routine maintenance and service.
As I said before to you when you posted the same garbage, I don't work for xerox.Lee I know where you are coming from. Don't let people like Xfactor influence your opinion either. My honest opinion is Xfactor works for Xerox.
I wouldn't listen to anything that came from that guy he is so fake. Take it from me the Igens are problematic machines.

I wouldn't listen to anything that came from that guy he is so fake. Take it from me the Igens are problematic machines. If you are constantly trying
to get offset quality you will run into issues. The Igens run well when maintained the problem is they don't run well for very long. And problems come from every direction. You can leave at night and your machine was running fine. Come in the next morning with issues. It's a finicky machine with no rhyme or reason for some of the issues. Also If you have similar experience the tech's half the time are cluless as well.
As a Xerox Tech here in the UK I take offence to that. As for your "they don't run very long" I have just returned to an iGen4 that has done 1.4million prints since the last service call that I attended.
The iGen is only as good as the operator in my experience
