    Never have seen this one. We failed the TRC and it gave this code and we also failed the system check. Ideas?

    I had one like it....where It'd fail TRC all the time. not sure the actual number or cause, though.

    rebooted. cleaned all sensors. put it through ALL calibrations. went away.

    also, my igen is picky about paper.

    I guess it was some sort of time out error.....duplexed 100 sheets and ran the checks again. Passed with flying colors.....love those simple fixes.
