    Ok so this is driving me nuts I have gone round and round with this and cant seem to get rid of it. Getting this code when running color maintenance on my IGen4 Diamond edition. Please someone HELP!!!

    Turned out to be a software patch that was missing allowing the spectro to read the matte toner. Hence the only way we could get through it was to change the fuser roll. and the next morning the same process. thanks for your response.
