    Hi

Keep getting this fault on a iGen 150. (* LE Late to the Fuser Exit sensor) I've cleaned all the sensors and the registration transport glass but it hasn't helped.

Jams on all stocks (1st started on our xxl 364x660) and now on SRA3 :(

    Any Ideas?

    Thanks

wipe sensor by pressure roller and the area above sensor some times it will get fuser oil on it causing the fault ,verify that its connected, or the sensor is just bad.

It very well could be the sensor. we had a similar problem ,but along with the jams we notice a slight set of marks on a solid..a distinct row of lines inboard to outboard spaced evenly and it was fixed by putting a very small amount of grease on the gears of the fuser roll.

is the paper damaged at all? like, is it hitting the fuser skives?(picker fingers)

If it IS damaged, then override the output door and/or the center print engine door. and watch the paper as it hits the fuser..see if its failing to detack from the fuser or pressure.

not damaged: signal from sensor. either dirty or bad. I have alot of paper dust troubles .

ALSO, im a big fan of reseating sensor connections.

    good luck
