log in as psp, intrusive diagnostics -> fuser components -> fuser lamps.
    end diagnostics.

To avoid the problem another time after changing fuser open and close the fuser drawer about 30 seconds after you closed it, when you replaced the fuser roll

Also, make sure you plugged the power supply into the fuser....I've forgotten to do that a few times LOL.

This is an External Heat Roll 2 (Lower roll when cammed open) Under temp fault in Standby. Check the thermistor is clean and OK. If all OK during print suspect the 14" lamp. They can and do go ineffiecient.

Hey guys, Just resurrecting this thread.

I was experiencing fuser temp issues yesterday ... So logged in as PSP >> and went to component control and opened up 10B then exited.
It fixed the problem to the point that afternoon shift ran all night.

I came in the morning. Machine was in power saving mode. I clicked warm up. The iGen flicked tripped the fuser switch. Both above the 10B section and on our main wall. Really weird!

I turned them back on and did the shutdown/restart voodoo dance.

I got error code XPE-10-4121 "Press fault place service call"
I kept resetting it in PSP login. No avail.

Then i read here that it was a fuser lamp.... so i pulled out the pressure roller... it was fine.
Then pulled out the grey heat roller (top) ... it was fine.
.... Pulled our the bottom grey roller.... the lamps looked really old and had residue all over them... (black powder) and the glass fuse point had subtle markings so I replaced both the lamps (the one with the blue and red connectors. (They are separate lamps).

Boot it all up. Bingo! fixed! Saved myself a tech call. Thanks guys.

    Here's a pic for reference
