I have removed the pressure roller, checked all connections, rotated the gears and still have the fault. The donor roll cam fault I have no clue. Any thoughts?

There are two cam motors. Both are on the rear plate. The upper left one cams in the fuser roll, external rolls and donor/meter roll assembly. The bottom right cams in the pressure roll. If any of the contact arcs are to tight one or the other motors can stall. Each motor also has two sensors that detect a flag on the shaft - check these are clean and in position
