Something in the fuser, what was the last thing to happen? Was there a jam or roller replaced? How does the web roll look?

    Double check connections, temp, etc.

Check the connections, or if the fuser lamp is not burned.

    Funny thing

I had a technician taking care of the exact same problem for me today.

its a power saturation problem in the prefuser drive.
You want to get a technician to replace the motor, og tighten the rims driving it.

Check the wiring at the front and make sure there are no abrasions or wires being rubbed by the pulleys.

Also, follow the wiring along its route towards the back of the fuser. You may find a spot that has shorted or burnt thru.
