Hi, I am running Silk Matt 95 gsm, 660mm x 330mm. It ran great for a while and then I keep getting the error XPE-10-1207 LE Late to Duplex Inverter reversing sensor. I have thoroughly cleaned all the rollers and all horseshoe sensors, and the error occurs every time now, so unable to run this stock. The stock has run perfectly well before, other stocks run OK. So just wondering if it is a timing issue.

late to duplex.... hmmm. is it folding corners or curling really bad? it could be just missing a sensor....

The Xerox tech thought it may be around areas 10a, 10b so re cleaned those areas, swapped a couple of the sensors around. I managed to finish the job but still had lots of the same errors and jams. Other stocks runs fine. The 95gsm Silk Matt is a very thin stock I think equivalent to your 63lb. No creasing or turning over of corners. Maybe just the time of year, Autumn over here and the paper merchant doesn't have climate controlled warehouses and we have had a lot of rain lately. Thanks for your reply.

Check the sensor at 10A and also check the decurler settings.

Hi, NVM values checked and adjusted so stock came out nice and flat. The thing that threw me, was that when it was jamming continuously it never got passed 8a when the second side was to be printed. However all other stocks running good. Thanks.

I have SO much trouble with changing seasons here.

it is REALLY humid right now. I finally got over the AC system problems. in 2 months or so, it will dry out and Ill have paper setting problems.
