    Developer Fault Have not Changed The Dev's And The Back Bit Where It Despences It is Full Beneath The Developer Not The Dry ink Containers.

    Any Ideas

    Check the waste tubes down to the waste dev box are clear - use a small rod to poke through the tube to clear - and the the bottle is fully inserted and empty. If it is full to the brim you have another issue causing the blockage. Could be due to debris (foam) or due to the low humidity causing the toner to bridge in the tubes. I can't remember if yours is a 3 or a 4. If it's a 4 check that the waste tube solenoids are working

    To clear the fault you will need to remove some developer from the tank. Easiest is to place the vacuum cleaner over the front dev port and let it run for a while. You won't be able to start the tanks running until enough dev has been removed for the motors to overcome the extra torque
