OK, I had magenta spitting so I thought Id do a little cleanup in the developer housing... changed the wire mod, just because...then when I started, a wire had snapped.

NEW wire mod, I keep getting xpe-09-4021

says power supply overload. and the donor rollers are coated magenta...

what did I do? :)I feel like Ive seen this before, but, it was when I was brand new over here.

OK... it had a snapped wire on the wire mod. I solved that one quick, error gone...

so I originally took the thing apart to clean it... one of the donor rollers, the little collar on the inboard side was crooked about 30degrees. so donor wasnt fully seated, thus the snapped wire mod. error gone.
